Ways to Wellness is recruiting a Team Leader to join our innovative new Persistent Physical Symptoms project.

The Persistent Physical Symptoms Project is a new pilot project which will explore how social prescribing approaches can support people with a diagnosis of persistent physical symptoms. Working with four GP practices in Newcastle, we will support patients experiencing persistent physical symptoms such as chronic pain, IBS, fibromyalgia and non-epileptic seizures.

We are looking for an excellent Team Leader to support the team for this innovative project, and contribute to our learning from the pilot. Candidates should be professional, understanding, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills. This is a full time role (37 hours per week). Flexible working is considered.
